📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:

🌍 Other supported regions: delivery times are shown at checkout

🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us before sending any items back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@firstnex.com, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
